A big thank you to Long-Term Care Producers Group (LTCPG) for giving NGL the opportunity to host this year's ILTCi Sales School. It brought together industry veterans and those beginning their journey as ILTCi experts. The two days were filled with networking, discussions about current trends in the marketplace and hands on learning focused on enhancing sales strategy. A big congratulations to Leili McMurrough, 2024 National Funeral Directors Association's Inspiration Award recipient! Leili is President and Program Director for Worsham College of Mortuary Science, serves as Chair of the American Board of Funeral Service Education, is a licensed funeral director and embalmer, as well as a licensed attorney. "As a fellow woman in funeral service, I am thrilled to see Leili McMurrough recognized for her outstanding contributions,” said Jennifer Kaset, Vice President of Sales and Business Development at NGL. “Her commitment to innovation and quality education, and dedication to student success are evident in all she does. In recognition of #NationalVolunteerMonth we want to celebrate our NGL team members who contribute their time, energy and talents to help improve the lives of those around them. In 2023, members of our team volunteered more than 365 hours at local nonprofit organizations. From sorting and packaging food to assembling diaper packs, giving blood, and removing invasive plant species, our team members had a fun and rewarding experience helping those around them thrive. Congratulations to Karen Chadwick, ACS, FLMI on her recent promotion to Operations Manager of our Agent Solutions Team. In her new role she’ll oversee the daily management of the team and work alongside our Marketing Partners, agents, and funeral homes to ensure our service meets and exceeds expectations. “I am excited to be selected as the next leader of Agent Solutions. Our focus has always been a high-level of personalized service. I intend to not only continue that standard but also look for opportunities to improve upon it,” shares Karen.
